Here the six dinners I'm making for my family of five at Aldi this week for less than $75. First up, chicken fried rice. This is a favorite of ours and it's so easy to make. A little tip, if you can make your rice ahead of time, cold rice makes way better fried rice. Then we're doing a creamy garlic parmesan pasta with ground pork. I'm actually really excited about this one because it's something a little different from what we've been making lately. Next is chicken noodle soup. I'm using half of the pack of chicken breast for this and saving the rest for later in the week. This is such a cozy favorite in our family and after looking at this, I realized I completely forgot to add the celery to the video, but it is included in the total cost. Then we're making Korean inspired chicken smash tacos. We're going to make our own sauce with honey, soy sauce and garlic, and I might whip up a quick sriracha mayo with what I already have in the fridge, but we'll see. We're also planning a little movie night this week, so we're going to make some homemade pizzas with a side Caesar salad. This is one of my favorite ways to spend a family night because we can all get in the kitchen and make something together. And lastly, we're using the rest of those chicken breasts for chicken bacon ranch quesadillas with a side of chips. And that is our dinner menu for the week. I hope these give you a few new ideas to add to your menu this week and I share our Aldi dinner menus every week, so if you like these videos, save this one and follow along for next week's menu.
