Here are the six dinners that I'm making for my family of five this week from Aldi for less than $70. First up, we're making Italian sausage and gnocchi soup. I'm genuinely so excited about this one and I might even make a loaf of sourdough to go with it because that sounds so good. Then we're making Mexican street corn bowls with half this pack of chicken. I'm going to make my own street corn with cottage cheese, sour cream, lime and cilantro. Aldi does sell a pre-made version if you want to make it even easier. Next is a creamy smoked sausage pasta with a side of either roasted or steamed broccoli. We always have at least one pasta in the menu because it's so easy to just throw together when you need something quick. Then we're doing eggroll in a bowl. I've been loving all the Asian inspired flavors lately, so we're just going to keep riding this wave until everybody gets sick of it. Then we're using the rest of this chicken for chicken quesadillas. These are always a hit and they're so easy because you can really make them however you want. Aldi was out of taco seasoning this week, so I'm just going to use this chili lime seasoning that we had from earlier this week. And lastly, we're doing orange chicken bowls with broccoli and rice. I'm using ground chicken to keep the cost down on this one, but you can really use whatever kind of chicken that you want to use. And that is our dinner menu for the week. I hope these give you a few new dinner ideas for your week. I share our Aldi dinners every week, so if you like these videos, save this one and follow along for next week's menu.
