This is everything we ate for dinner this past week as a family of five easy dinner ideas. All of these meals only take about 15 minutes to prep and honestly some of them are my favorite meals I've made in a very long time. So let me show you what I mean. First up is my lazy lasagna. Look, I love a good lasagna but it takes way too long for me to make sometimes. So having everything in one pan, it makes it so much easier and better for cleanup and honestly, it tastes amazing. And if you want to make a quick meal without actually getting overwhelmed in the kitchen, this is definitely one I highly recommend. Only takes a couple ingredients and a few minutes of your time and you're gonna have such an easy dinner for your family. On Tuesday, it was super hot outside so I didn't feel like turning on the stove. So I made slow cooker Mongolian chicken and it's so delicious. I love making this with ground beef, but just switching it up with the chicken is really nice sometimes too. On Wednesday, I kept it really simple and just made some burger bowls. I love making these, it just takes me like 30 minutes to put together and honestly the big back sauce is the best part. I love adding this anytime. On Thursday, I made a new recipe. It was a taco beef orzo and let me tell you, this one was so delicious. It was so filling. I had tons of veggies and it, my kids didn't even really notice it and they loved it. This was probably my favorite recipe that I made this week. It was so simple to make and honestly was very budget-friendly because it made a ton of food. If you don't cook with orzo, I promise you it's such a good way to save money. On Friday, I just made some sheet pan chicken fajitas with some Mexican rice on the side. On Saturday, we just decided to do absolutely nothing and ordered some P.F. Chang's and that worked out easy for us. But that is everything we ate for the week.
