Pour into molds and refrigerate for 2 hours. For the fruit bowl: 1 cup diced watermelon 1 mango, diced 1½ cups strawberries ½ cup diced pineapple ½ cup blueberries 1 cup milk 1 cup sparkling water 1 cup ice Blend 1 cup of the strawberries with the remaining milk.
