Hook
Skills you could've learned in 1 month based on your screentime. At one hour a day you could have learned the basics of sign language enough to introduce yourself, hold a simple conversation and communicate with someone you might have never been able to connect with before. At three hours a day you could have learned photography properly, not just pointing your camera at something pretty but understanding lighting, composition, color and how to transform any ordinary moment into something worth remembering. At five hours a day you could have built a strong foundation in a new language, enough vocabulary and sentence structure to start understanding music, movies and real conversations without having to use subtitles. At eight hours a day you could have learned how to code and built your first real website, your app or digital product, something that can make you passive income to retire you for the rest of your life. Your screen time isn't proof that you're lazy, it's proof that you already have the time. But if you're like me and you only have 15 minutes a day, that's still enough to finish a book with BeFreed. It turns full books into 15 minute audio lessons and I've been using it for three weeks and I've already knocked out 20 books for my psych major. So make the most out of the time that you have, learn faster and get insanely good at everything.
