This bass is 90% printed. This is a five-string bass and almost all of it came off my printer. Not a model, not a toy, a bass you plug in and play. The guys at exobass.com sent me the kit. And I printed the rest. The body, the neck, even the frets. All printed. The only parts that aren't plastic are the strings, the pickups, and an aluminum rod and some screws. That rod matters. A five-string pulls over 100 pounds of tension. Plastic alone would fold in a week. So there's a metal spine down the neck, holding it dead straight. And look at the frets. They're not parallel. That's called multiscale, and it's why the B string stays tight instead of turning into mush. I printed the body in West3D's ASA, Bloody Murder Red, with white accents, red frets on a white neck.
