spicy RAW marinated crab

I love me some spicy raw marinated crab 🦀 Let's make some spicy raw marinated crab. I have been wanting to eat this since I was in Korea but I did not have enough time. So today, we're gonna be attempting it for the first time. I got these frozen half cut swimming crab from H Mart. They still seem to be a little frozen. I really hope I pick the right crab or else I will be screwed. I'm just gonna cut some like spiky parts. Also the raw crab smell is really strong. So we're just gonna like let it soak in sake for 15 minutes. Let's work on our sauce while we wait for the crab. And of course, we're gonna be following Mama Kim's recipe. We're gonna add five tablespoons of sugar. I don't really have measuring spoons, so I think this is a tablespoon. One, two, three, four, five. Next, we have six tablespoons of gochugaru, coarse spicy chili flakes. One, two, three, four, five, six. Next we're adding nine tablespoon of fish sauce. I'm just gonna like try to eyeball it. Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine. And next we have six tablespoon of sesame oil. One, two, three, four, five, six. And we have to add some sesame seeds. I am just gonna eyeball it. Last but not least, some garlic. This much and mix, mix, mix. Mix, mix, mix. Now it is time to mix it together with the crab, gently massaging all the sauce inside. Give it a good massage. I don't think I need to do anything else. I'm just gonna pour the rest of the sauce on the crab so that they can get more flavor. Now we have to let it sit in the fridge overnight.
