Why it worked

The video leverages a popular trending audio and a recognizable cultural reference ('On Wednesdays we wear pink') to showcase the company culture and team, humanizing the brand through a lighthearted, high-energy performance.

Summary

The employees of an HVAC company called One Way Air perform a synchronized dance and lip-sync routine while wearing matching pink shirts and hats. The video serves as a team-building and brand-awareness post for the company.

Structure

1Group introduction in pink uniforms
2Individual lip-sync performances
3Group dance sequence
4Final group pose

Product placement

One Way Air (a) ACTS — the company name, logo, and branding are featured on the shirts, hats, and the service truck, and the video is posted by the company account to promote its brand identity and services. Removing it would change the entire premise of the video as it is a branded team video.

ON WEDNESDAYS WE WEAR PINK

Transcript

On Wednesdays we wear pink. It came from Shein. First thing who's it to? Just got my hair done. I'm acting brand new. Going out tonight, feeling sexy in my mood. Pink blush on my face, finally applying, lip gloss smooth. Now he want to lick my bumba, clock my rod to talk, talk, talk. Got him going crazy for that poonana, na, na, na. I get what I want, I got that ooh, shala, lala. He do what I say for that ooh, dada, dada.
