This is one of the easiest desserts you can make for this. It's a coffee granita. Served with a whipped salted vanilla cream cheese on top. It's so good, refreshing and the granita only has one ingredient, which is cold brew coffee. So all you have to do is pour it into a shallow bowl and then freeze it. Every 30 minutes, you want to take a fork to kind of break up all the ice particles. And after about two hours of doing this, you should get a nice, flaky granita.
