Trying new things in your 40s… Jalapeño Popper Chicken Salad edition 🌶️ Saw @A Recipe For Laughter make this and HAD to try it. I tweaked the recipe for those of us who are white-meat-only people 😂 My White Meat Version: • Breast meat from 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded • 3 oz whipped cream cheese • ⅔ cup mayo • ⅓ cup sour cream • 1 large fresh jalapeño, diced • 3 green onions, chopped • 5 strips bacon, cooked + chopped • 6 oz Colby Jack cheese, freshly shredded • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • ¼ tsp black pepper • ¼ tsp salt Mix it all together and chill before serving. I also added pickled jalapeños on top after filming. 👏🏿 And because we needed to test the vessels 😂: 🥇 Hint of Lime Tostitos — 10/10. THE ONE. 🥈 Club crackers — solid second. 🥉 Wavy Lay’s — too salty for me. Wouldn’t do it again.
