Update: After giving her a really nice bath and lots of love and food, I took her in to be evaluated and they are taking care of her now. She is severely malnourished and her front top and bottom teeth are completely ground down to the gums. The fleas were so bad that the water ran red with blood. She is still lactating. I have searched the property all day since we found her this morning and I cannot find any babies 😔 This is all I have for now
