Episode 5 of turning this Cyclops visor into a gaming headset. And we finally got all the parts we need. And without any wasted time, we're gonna go ahead and set this Dremel up and start cutting. My goal is to do one ear at a time so that way I know what I'm doing and I can replicate it for the other ear. The part I'm cutting right now is basically the shell of the 50 millimeter driver. So I just want to get this shaved down and make sure it has a proper fit into the headset. Super excited because now we have a perfect fit here. Super excited because now we have a perfect fit here. We can go ahead and place the driver. It is a little rough around the edges but that doesn't matter because we're literally going to cover this up. We are going to be covering this up with the earmuffs that came with the headset. So all we got to do is just cut it down. Once we got that cut down, we can move on to a part I have been looking forward to. We got to make sure that this can fit inside the ear. It's a little big right now, so we're gonna go ahead and trace out the ear and make a stencil to follow. Once we got the shape cut, we'll just peel it and put it on top of our fabric earmuff. I did make sure to add the screw holes because this is still gonna have to be tightened down. Now we got our shape, we can go ahead and align this with the visor and you'll see it's a perfect beautiful fit. Now all we got to do is just throw the original earmuff on top and then we can put the drivers in.
