🍪🍫 Chocolate Cookies with Chocolate Ganache 🫶🏼Follow me for more amazing cookies recipe and Baking Tips Makes: 10–12 cookies ✨Ingredients: 🍪Cookies: ½ cup butter, softened ¼ cup sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1 egg + 1 egg yolk 2 tsp vanilla 1¼ cups flour ⅓ cup + 1 Tbsp cocoa powder ¾ tsp baking soda 1 tsp cornstarch ½ cup chopped white chocolate 5 Oreo cookies, crushed (filling removed) Ganache: 1 cup chopped dark chocolate ¼ cup heavy cream Pinch of salt 1 tsp coconut oil (optional) Sprinkles (optional) ✨Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet. Cream butter and sugars. Mix in egg, yolk, and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients, then fold in white chocolate and Oreos. Scoop dough, roll into balls, slightly flatten, and bake 11–12 minutes. Cool completely. Melt chocolate (and coconut oil if using), stir in cream and salt until smooth.
