🚨 Buyers thought closing day was the finish line. It wasn’t. Here’s a lesson from a real transaction. 👇 The contract said the existing appliances stayed - including the built-in stainless steel refrigerator. At the final walkthrough, the fridge was gone. 😳 The seller later returned it, but it came back badly damaged. The buyers ultimately replaced it at their own expense. 📌 The takeaway? Your final walkthrough matters. Before closing, make sure the home and agreed items are in the condition required by your contract. If something is missing or damaged, address it BEFORE signing the closing documents. 👇 Comment “GUIDE” and I’ll send you my North Texas Buyer’s Guide. ⚠️ General information only - not legal advice.
