NeilMed Piercing Aftercare Mist

The leading natural, vegan & preservative free sterile saline piercing aftercare. NeilMed Piercing Aftercare allows users to spray a saline solution directly onto their piercing rather than soak it in a saline bath or having to use a cotton ball. Sprays in any position, including when inverted.

Why it worked

The video likely worked due to the niche ASMR appeal combined with a relatable self-care routine. The creator's close-up shots and focus on gentle sounds would have engaged viewers seeking relaxation and sensory experiences.

Summary

The creator demonstrates a method for cleaning piercings using a saline spray and a handheld fan. She sprays her piercings with saline solution and then uses the fan to dry them off.
