A few things I would like to add is I do think they have a limit. I’m not sure what that limit is so I would call the store before you go if you have a lot of items you’re trying to return. Also for some items you’re not going to get the full amount back without a receipt, you’ll get refunded whatever the price is ringing up in their system. She did have to use my ID since I did not have my receipt so make sure you bring your ID with you as well. My reason for returning the products was after a while Bath and body Works lotions changes and the formula becomes very sticky and nasty and the body butters I was not a big fan of . They were collecting dust in my collection 🤷🏽♀️ I did however keep all my body mists. I love to layer those with my expensive perfumes. ##bathandbodyworks##returns##giftcards
