Plus members get a 30 day supply of over 600 generic drugs for 10 dollars or less, and 10 select generics completely free, things like Lisinopril, Metformin, Sertraline, and Amlodipine. If anyone in your family takes one of those, this alone can beat insurance copays. There’s also a pet pharmacy with discounted pricing. Two, bulk bakery items, croissants, cookies, cake pops, icing, dinner rolls, sold in bulk at prices below buying individually. Three, rental car savings. Same idea as Costco Travel, I checked a couple rental sites against Sam’s Club rates and the savings were right on par with what I saved through Costco. Four, Curai Health virtual care at zero dollar copay right now, urgent care, primary care, chronic care, lab orders, prescriptions, and weight management including GLP-1 help. $0 copay until November 30th. On top of those four: the Tire and Battery Center gives free battery testing and wiper installation with purchase plus free flat repairs, rotations, and balancing if you bought tires there. The Eye Center has cheaper exams, lenses, and frames. There’s an Auto Buying Program. And a free online Photo Center. Other benefits also like cheaper events, tickets, scan and go savings, and more! Sam’s Club doesn’t have as many benefits as Costco, and some of the best ones are Plus-only. But if there’s not a Costco near you, Sam’s Club can absolutely be worth it, and their toilet paper is really good. Sam's Club doesn't have as many perks as Costco, and some of the best ones here are plus only and not available with the base club membership. But with the first year discount through Groupon, it could make the first year totally worth it for you. But if there's not a Costco near you, Sam's Club can absolutely be worth it for you.
