Why it worked

The video uses a relatable "day in the life" format for students, combining the common struggle of maintaining focus during long study sessions with the simple pleasure of snacking. The creator's personal anecdote and the clear, albeit subtle, integration of Pringles as a solution make it feel authentic and aspirational for viewers facing similar challenges.

Summary

A physics and math major shares her study vlog, highlighting how Pringles have become her go-to snack to help her power through study sessions. She plans to strategically keep a stash of Pringles in her backpack to avoid distractions and maintain focus during her upcoming semester.

Structure

1Introduction to the "dangerous hour" for STEM majors
2Recalling past study habits and reliance on snacks

Product placement

Pringles (potato chips): ACTS - creator eats them, puts them in her backpack, and discusses them as a snack to help her study. Removing them would change the video's focus and narrative. Pringles Partner (hashtag): APPEARS - indicates a partnership, but does not act as a product itself. Removing it would not change the video's content.

#PringlesPartner physics + math major study vlog (ft. Pringles) is the most dangerous hour for STEM majors 🤯 I kid you not the entirety of last semester I would literally camp in the dining hall starting at 3 PM snacking on random stuff and I could not keep myself in the library to finish my physics problem sets but this upcoming semester I'm trying to be a little bit more strategic instead of getting up every 20 minutes to forage around campus for snacks and accidentally turning my quick break into a full blown social hour I'm keeping a stash of Pringles in my backpack and the thing about Pringles once you pop the pop don't stop and now I have one less excuse to leave my seat every time my brain decides it suddenly needs a little treat because if I'm going to survive another semester as a physics major I'm going to need all the help I can get
