I feel like we lost the plot, cause what happened to the good old days of watching a YouTube tutorial and DIYing it? Do it yourself. I'm confused by the amount of girls spending, like, hundreds and hundreds of dollars on beauty maintenance, because first of all, gel manicure. I did it all by myself. I've been doing it by myself for years and years. I don't spend, like, $80, $100, $200 on manicure every single month. Brows, like, why are we all getting, like, lamination threaded? Like, I should pluck them by myself. Get a good tweezer girl. Just use a brow gel. That's all you need. And what? I don't even know. Like, waxing. I've been waxing for years. Hair. I bleach it and dyed it all by myself. Like, everyone's like, I don't know how to do this. I thought you have to be expensive, you have to be rich. LA LA LA. No, you don't. I've been doing this since when I was, like, in middle school when I was broke. I just watched YouTube. There's this thing called, like, tutorials, and even nowadays you can watch TikTok. Like, there's so many tutorials out there. Like, I learned how to curl my hair. I learned how to do everything on YouTube. And even my manicure. I just watched Simply Nailogical. That's how you learn. We lost the plot because someone in the friend group has to be the makeup artist, the hair stylist, the whatever. Like, you have to do something. The esthetician. Cause why am I the only one who's been doing my friend's makeup on their prom, like, graduation, their dates, their hair? I've been doing my friend's nails for years. I've been waxing my friend's eyebrows and mustaches and, like, armpit hair. We lost the plot. Okay?
