If you struggle to figure out what to make for dinner every week and Sunday you're like, oh, what am I going to make this week? I recently saw something on TikTok. I cannot remember what creator shared it. Basically, there's a formula for like how you can schedule your week without it being stressful. My Monday through Friday, each day has a category and you have about six rotating recipes for each day. So after about six weeks, it kind of resets. So you never get sick of the same meals. I have been doing this and it's seriously changed my life. So we do Italian Mondays, Mexican Tuesdays, Crockpot Wednesdays, Freezer Thursdays, and then Chicken/Steak Fridays. So for Italian Mondays, you just do like lasagna, spaghetti, chicken alfredo, baked ziti, manicotti, baked spaghetti. You just pick a group of like five to six recipes that you know your family likes for Italian meals that you know your family likes and you just rotate those. So then every Monday, you just pick a new recipe and that's what you're making that week. Same for Mexican Tuesdays, just like six staple recipes. So like tacos, baked fajitas, enchiladas. Wednesdays is Crockpot Wednesdays. So just good crockpot meals that you know and love. Thursdays is like my one new meal a week. So like chicken Caesar wraps, steak bites, grilled steak, you know, just a protein, a vegetable and a carb, simple and easy for Fridays. This has just made it so easy for me because planning meals is like my arch nemesis. I hate doing it. It takes so much time. I also have a binder of recipes that I love and use. If I find a TikTok recipe that I love, I write it down on a piece of paper, put it in the binder. And so now every week I have recipes that I love for these categories in that binder. So Sunday, I take out my binder, flip through, pick the recipes I like and boom, I have what I need for dinner. Try it out, see if you like it.
