This is everything we ate for dinner this past week is a family of 5 easy dinner ideas. All of these meals are super easy to make and some of them don't even require turning on a stove which is perfect for the summer heat. So let me show you what I'm making. On Sunday I made my crockpot cowboy butter steak bites and these are seriously so delicious and only take me 5 mins to prep. If you have not tried cowboy butter steak bites, I promise you it tastes amazing. I added some broccoli on the side with some potatoes and it turned out perfect. I also have a grocery list of every meal that I made that way you guys can check it out and save it for later. On Monday I decided to do a one pan meal with some of the ingredients I already had in my fridge. This is a marry me sausage gnocchi and if you have any type of marry me flavors, I promise you it is so delicious. I love a savory time and all the fresh meals but sometimes I just want a good comfort meal and this one always hits the spot. On Tuesday we decided to do some sheet pan chicken fajitas because they're super simple to make and honestly, I can never go wrong with them in our family. It only takes me about 10 minutes to prep and I just put everything on a sheet pan and to cook for 20 minutes and it's literally perfect. Then I decided to add some Mexican rice on the side as well because I just love pairing it with that. On Wednesday we didn't do anything fancy, we just had leftovers. On Thursday I did my crockpot Korean beef bowls and these are so delicious and it's honestly tastes better than takeout in my opinion, but you know what, it only takes me 5 minutes to prep and it's always really nice to add it to the rotation if you're not wanting to turn on your stove for the summer. I like to add each of my crockpot meals in the morning and get everything prepped and ready to go. That way at the end of the day I don't really have to do anything other than make some vegetables and add some rice on the side and that is it. And it's perfect for leftovers too, which is always really nice because my husband likes to take it to work. On Friday we always do some type of pizza night and we just did some french bread pizza. This is honestly a great cheap and easy way to make some pizza for your kids. My husband and I did some basil, honey, and pepperoni pizza and the kids just had some cheese pizza. So that is everything we had this week. So if you're looking for some easy and realistic meals for your family, then be sure to follow along.
