I love biscoff cookies so what better way than to turn them into a yummy dip. Caramel Biscoff Cookie Dip 8 oz cream cheese, softened ½ cup caramel biscoff cookies (10 or so) 1 cup biscoff cookie butter (or make your own) biscoff cookie butter: 15 biscoff cookies 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp salt 1 tbs caramel 2 tbs melted butter ¼ cup heavy cream 2 tbs brown sugar 1. make biscoff butter: in a blender or food processor, add biscoff cookies and blend to crumb consistency. add vanilla, salt, caramel, melted butter, and brown sugar. blend, then add heavy cream and blend until combined. 2. using a mixer, mix cream cheese and biscoff butter until combined. 3. in a serving dish, add cream cheese butter mixture, spread caramel on top (heat slightly so it is easier to spread), and sprinkle crushed cookies on top. 4. serve with apples, pretzels, graham crackers, or whatever you like. #biscoff #dips #EasyRecipe #easyrecipeideas #easydessert
