Corporate can be a cut throat environment. Don't share your process improvements, anything that you do to make your life easier in your job in corporate America. Rare case that it makes sense. Remember that corporate America is a lot of low down, dirty, bottom feeders cosplaying as ambitious working professionals. And if somebody has an opportunity to sneak you and take credit for your work, they absolutely will. So if you decide to share that improvement, make sure your name is written all over it when you send it. Keep a copy of that sent freaking email that you can access it easily one day. In case you go out and defend yourself. Cause unfortunately it is almost like a freaking court. You have to come with receipts and freaking documentation and proof of everything. And the sad thing is the person next to you, inmate, warden that is going to fuck you in the face. You are always freaking protected. Document everything, even the good things.
