Why it worked

The video likely performed well due to its satisfying visual of cookie making, the universally appealing nature of chocolate chip cookies, and the ASMR-like quality of the sounds associated with baking and food preparation, which are popular on platforms like TikTok.

Summary

The video shows the process of making chocolate chip cookies. It begins with melting butter, then combining it with sugars, egg, and vanilla. Flour, baking soda, espresso powder, and milk are added to form the dough, followed by chocolate chips. The dough is then portioned onto a baking sheet and baked into cookies. Finally, a cookie is shown served with ice cream.
