The chunk is so good. When I tell y'all this is literally the best chicken salad I've ever had. Literally the best chicken salad I've ever had. Okay, and I totally try this and I'm gonna see how much faster and more easily I can be. We're gonna be doing a red onion. You got a big one, maybe only do half. One jalapeno, leave the seeds this time. We chopped it up because I, I don't wanna feel like cutting everything. This is easy. Chicken. You could do a rotisserie chicken and shred it up yourself, or you can be lazy like me and buy it like this. Remember last time I made this, I was thinking, I wish the chicken was even smaller. It's already shredded up really, really good. Just like everything in like a chicken salad or whatever to be extra super small. So I'm chopping it up just a little bit more. I'm a little pampered chef scissors thing. I don't think this is what they're meant for. But I use them for everything. Right now. Like if I cook chicken at night, I'm using that to cut it up instead of a knife. I'm sure this tool is actually older than my firstborn child who's in ninth grade. We're adding the red onion and the jalapeno. And if you watched before, remember, we don't measure. We're just plopping. So I'm doing about, that's probably way too much. Mayo. Somebody in one of my videos one time said, slow down, honey, I'm trying to make this video as short as possible for you. So you don't have to watch my over-simulating self for long. Okay, now the comments about the lemon. They were pretty funny. Okay, that lemon literally went flying. Okay, now I'm crying. Because of the red onion. Oh my gosh. A lot of you said you should get a lemon squeezer. You know what's funny? I have one. I forgot all about it. Oh my gosh, I'm crying. Okay, so this lemon is too big for my lemon squeezer. But I have the top of my other lemon squeezer. Can't find the bottom. So this is what we're doing. Because you want the juice from one lemon, okay? Pepperoncini. I'm not measuring. I'm doing about, I'm gonna do a lot more because I remember I really loved the flavor of the pepperoncini last time. So I'm doing a lot. Remember when I made it, I was like, I wish there was more. Dill weed. If you had fresh dill, it'd be better, but I don't have that. So, this is what we're using. And again, we're not measuring. Okay, so I'm gonna do a little bit of salt and pepper. Another video somebody told me to move because I was blocking their view of this. So here's the view. Okay, sorry. I got to come back. So I'm gonna do pepper. I think that's everything. Let's stir it up. Chicken salad was so freaking good. I don't know how it could get any better than it did last time. But the ranch packet, I think it might. Somebody also asked what I eat this with. You could do crackers, you could do sandwiches, a croissant, whatever. I just ate a plain one with a fork because that's how good it is. I literally ate that week at work. Okay, let me send some of y'all from me straight from the bowl. Mmm. When I tell y'all this is literally the best chicken salad I've ever had. Literally the best chicken salad I've ever had. Mmm. Okay, make this. Bye.
