I PERSONALLY WOULD

I personally would like to file a complaint with the state of Ohio, okay? And I know that my fellow Ohioans will on this one. We have been waiting months, I'm not kidding you, months for the blackout license plate in Ohio. And to which getting told it's not passed yet. They're still waiting, it'll be a few more months, blah, blah. Okay? Because it's it's clean looking, it looks nice. That's what we want, okay? We want the blackout license plates on our Jeeps. Tell me why it's been months and months and months, basically years now, been waiting for a black license plate in Ohio. Dolly Parton passes, can get a Dolly license plate the next day. How is it make specialty license but you can't just give me like, ah, the audacity! Right now, Ohio, I just wanna blackout license plate. Don't me wrong, because I love Dolly just as much person does. Don't, don't. Don't try to twist it. I'm just saying, if we can roll out specialty plates literally the day after, still not have a black license plate? Oh, my god, insane. I am I the be the only Ohioan with this. With this? Honestly, like third world country problems. I'm just saying no sense to me, that's all. I just want to block license plate. Who do I. Who do I file the complaint on?
