I think I have a problem. It's almost 11 o'clock at night but I'm really craving a cafecito. You think it's too late to make one? I don't think it's too late to make one. Let's go make a cafecito. My kitchen's already clean but I don't care. I want a cafecito. Starting strong with two tablespoons of brown sugar. And then a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Nothing too crazy. And then a little bit of sea salt so it balances out the bitterness and enhances the sweetness. And then I'm going to do a little bit of the English toffee. About a teaspoon. And then we're going to use the Ninja. And it's going to be a hot latte. We're going to use whole milk, about 4 ounces. A little bit of heavy whipping cream. And then a little bit of caramel drizzle. Because it's sticky. So I'm going to add a little bit of caramel drizzle. We're going to make the cafecito on the froth whisk. Welcome to my Ninja. Prep the coffee grind. I don't like to tamper.
