🍌 BANANA PUDDING COOKIES 🍪 You guys asked for the recipe, so here it is💛 RECIPE CREDIT: This is not my original recipe. The original Banana Pudding Cookies recipe was created/shared by Jill Mills of Kitchen Fun With My 3 Sons. I found the recipe online and wanted to try it for myself! Full credit goes to the original creator🤍 INGREDIENTS • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 ½ sticks butter, softened • ¾ cup light brown sugar, packed • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix — use it dry, do NOT prepare it • 2 large eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 ¼ cups white chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line your baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. Whisk together the flour and baking soda in a bowl. 3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. 4. Mix in the dry banana pudding mix until combined. 5. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth. 6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until your cookie dough comes together. 7. Fold in the white chocolate chips. 8. Scoop the dough into approximately 1-inch balls and place them on your prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie. 9. Bake at 350°F for 8–9 minutes, until the cookies are set. 10. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. 🍌🍪 And that’s it! Soft, chewy banana pudding cookies with white chocolate chips.
