🍓 Strawberry White Chocolate Cookies Wet Ingredients * 2 sticks cold unsalted butter * 1 cup light brown sugar, packed * ½ cup granulated sugar * 1 tablespoon vanilla extract * 2 large eggs Dry Ingredients * 510g all-purpose flour * 1 teaspoon (7g) baking soda * 1 tablespoon (12g) cornstarch * 1¼ teaspoons (12g) salt * 2 tablespoons powdered sugar * 2 tablespoons of strawberry emulsion * I add a little bit of pink full coloring, but it’s not necessary💕 Add-Ins * 10 strawberry wafer cookies, crushed or broken into pieces * White chocolate chips — as much as you like 🤍 * 1 bag freeze-dried strawberries — I use Trader Joe’s 🍓 Instructions * my cookies are 4 ounces and it makes about 12-13 cookies * refrigerate your dough overnight * Make sure the butter is cold before using it. * Bake the cookies at 375°F for 14 to 15 minutes.
