Gap just dropped a dupe of the Cou Cou Intimates Rina top. I ordered it in white and black so let's compare them. This is the Cou Cou Intimates Rina long sleeve top and this one is made out of 100% organic cotton jersey and it retails for $68. It has the really beautiful boat neck, three quarter sleeves, and then that pointelle detailing on the cuffs as well as on the hem of the shirt. And the Rina one slightly dips in the front and in the back so on the sides it's a little bit higher cut. And this is in a size small for reference, so I'll try on the Gap one. And this is Gap's modern crew hem t-shirt. This is also in a size small. And these ones are made up of 58% cotton, 39% modal, 3% spandex and this one retails for $35.96 so it's about half the price of the Cou Cou Intimates one. That's something to definitely keep in mind. Immediately this one's longer and less cropped than the Cou Cou Intimates one. The Gap one has the same boat neck neckline. Has that three quarter sleeve. Also has the pointelle detailing on the cuffs and on the hem. And this one also does do that like high low. I think it feels softer and a little bit less stiff than the Rina one. And obviously it has this like bouncy stretch to it because it has that elastane in it if you care about the material and the fabric makeup. Obviously I would prefer the Cou Cou Intimates one because I love like 100% cotton anything. But if you're in the market and you don't like how cropped the Cou Cou one is, I think that this is a good dupe. I'm just going to try it on in the black really quick. This is the black also in a size small. I would say that this one fits a little bit tighter, even though it's the same size. Feels like a little bit more fitted and a little bit shorter feeling. But I like this one too. I don't think I'm going to return them. I think I'm going to keep them and they're like really nice basics with decent materials and they're like super comfy. If you've been on the fence about purchasing the Cou Cou Intimates Rina top, the Gap dupe is a really great option. Hopefully this was helpful and I'll see you divas in my next one.
