You can change your identity, and I'm going to show you how to do it. Our identities are nowhere near permanent. We can change our entire personality, our entire way of thinking tomorrow if we just decided to. And I cannot stress this enough, how you identify affects how you show up in the world, which then affects how the world shows up for you. This is the exact method that I use to teach women how to go from not really enjoying their lives to feeling like their life is a paradise. You need a manifestation journal. And in this journal you're going to do four things. You're going to script, you're going to write affirmations, you're going to write gratitude lists, and then you're going to create vision boards. If you do this consistently, you will undergo one of the most powerful transformations known to man. You will rewire your brain, and you will leave that old life that no longer serves you in the past. This has completely transformed my life and the lives of my clients and students.
