I think nobody bought this dress because it looked so weird on the hanger. It made absolutely no sense. It's by Isa Arfen. Little bit niche, which is another of the reasons that I think it was discounted. People weren't as familiar with the designer. Got this dress, Isa Arfen dresses retailed for $700-$1,099+. For under $20. This dress is hand-painted, so it is quite literally a work of art. Incredible dress. I am wearing it with a vintage, faux leather, saddle bag.
