Open your Domino's app or website, choose the carryout option, go to menu, find the extras section, and then find St. Jude. Change the quantity to 10, so it gets $10. Then check out with Paze. This Paze promotion ends in 12 days, so seriously, if you don't have anything better to be using this on, go ahead and donate over extra credits anyway.
