Babymonster confuses me, and this is no hate to the girls at all.

Babymonster confuses me, and this is no hate to the girls at all. I think they are so beautiful and talented and hardworking. Like, they sing with no backing tracks on tour. Unheard of in K-pop nowadays! YG has been working these girls so hard. I feel like they've been touring nonstop for, like, two years. They're also constantly putting out new music, and I feel like each song is, like, a different flavor of K-pop. It's kind of like YG is making them throw everything at the wall to see what will stick, but at least to me, none of it is sticking. At the beginning of the group's debut, it felt like they had a more specific style and vibe, but now I don't really know how to describe them as a group because it feels like they've dabbled in every type of look and sound. Also, can we get an update on Rami? Like, is she alive? And don't get me wrong, I know they have fans. Again, they seem to be touring all the time, but I feel like they haven't quite broken into the American mainstream. I don't know a single person who listens to Babymonster and can actually name their songs, other than me. I want them to succeed, and again, clearly they have fans, but I want them to make music with, like, a point of view. I want their group to have an edge, or at least a singular identity. Do you know what I mean? Am I crazy?
