social media is ruining your life

I will never get into the everybody's doing the same thing or every all the content's the same. Everybody's doing this, everybody's copy pasting X and Y and Z because when I walk out my front door, real life don't look nothing like social media. And that is why I always take social media breaks. I always find time to truly get off this app to get off Instagram. Social media period. Because what you see is not what you get all the time. And I feel like just simply learning that or paying attention to that truly helped me build my own dream life. Because you can look at all these influencers, all these business owners and think that they're doing so well, their life is so perfect. But you truly do not know what's going on in somebody else's house. So instead of looking at everybody else's life, looking at their content, looking at what they got going on, obsessing over your life, you can't wait till they post. You can't wait till this X and Y and Z happens. You can't wait till they have a baby. Girl, focus on your life. What's going on in your life? Are you accomplishing anything? Are you reaching your goals? Are you waking up early? Are you going to the gym? Are you eating healthy? Do you love your life? Are you waking up every single morning excited to live? Because you're so obsessed with your life that you do not care about what's going on in anybody else's life.
