And then he started trying to play 🥺 But my dogs weren’t really interested 🥺 Until... Good girl People around said he’d been dumped here last week But that he hadn’t let anyone else get close to him Turns out he just needed some fellow boonie dogs to make him feel safe Till next time buddy 🥺

Before you comment!!!: • This was years ago and I realized I never posted a final update for you guys so I’m reposting this to re-find the people interested in an update, posting as soon as I’m able to! • this is on an island with over 21,000 stray dogs “I caN’T beLieVe yoU LeFt hiM😠” comments will only be replied to with, I am one girl, I left him like I’m forced to leave the other hundreds of strays I pass WEEKLY. • no I don’t just do nothing about it, I run the only dog rescue on the island and take in as many dogs as I can. • and finally, I cannot take a skittish stray who won’t get close enough to. However, I spent weeks building trust with this boy and he’s one of the few lucky ones who got a happy ending<3
