Chocolate Chip Cookie Series 🍪 Ingredients: - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 1/4 cup granulated sugar - 1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk, room temperature - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 1/4 cup flour - 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for soft texture) - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 3/4 cup chocolate chip cookies, plus extra for topping Chill dough for at least 30minutes-1 hour in the fridge (if chilling overnight, let it rest in room temp for a few minutes before baking) Bake at 365 F for 10-12 minutes Makes 5-6 large cookies (I used around 3 tbsp + 2 tbsp scoop in the video, so it would be 5 tbsp of dough per cookie) #baking #chocolatechipcookies #chocolate #cookies #Recipe
