Chocolate Mochi Lava Cake 🍫🍰 For all of you asking - the app link for Osta is in my bio or you can search “Osta Recipes” on the App Store or Google Play store! ☺️ Ingredients: - 1 egg - 3 tbsp sugar - 2 tbsp oil - 3/4 cup milk - 1 1/2 cup glutinous rice flour - 1/4 cup cocoa powder - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/2 cup chocolate chips, and extra for topping Instructions: Start by whisking together an egg with sugar, oil, and milk then just sift in glutinous rice flour, cocoa, and baking powder before mixing until smooth. Layer the batter in a 6” cake pan with lots of chocolate chips, then bake at 350 F for 30-45 minutes! I hope you enjoy this easy chocolate mochi lava cake!
