Day 7 of 7 Days of Toddler Meal Prep: Italian Penicillin Pastina Soup 🍲🤎 Ending the series with the coziest one yet! This makes a BIG batch of soup, reheats so well & is one of my favorites to keep stocked in the freezer for an easy meal later! Ingredients: 🥕 5 carrots 🌿 2 celery stalks 🧄 4–5 garlic cloves 🧅 ½ onion 🍲 1½ containers bone broth 🧄 1 tsp garlic powder 🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning 🍅 1 tbsp tomato paste ⭐ Pastina pasta Salt & pepper optional Directions: Add everything except the pastina to a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer & cook until the veggies are fork tender. Remove the veggies with some broth and blend until smooth. Pour back into the pot and add your cooked pastina. To store: Refrigerate in an airtight container for 3–4 days or freeze in individual portions for an easy meal later! The pastina will soak up broth as it sits, so just add a splash of broth or water when reheating.
