Day 2 of learning Fortnite comp until im div2 NAC

Alright boys, this is day 2 of learning Fortnite comp until I qual div 2 NAC. Today me and Cleebs were playing div 3 trying to qual. My goal today was to go for height since I am not a super confident fighter. We start off with a crazy lurk on this kid. Thankfully he farmed max mats at Demon's Domain. Later we make it to end game. Since we are looking to play height this game, me and my duo make sure to stay super high layer. We shock in and realize that there is not anyone on height right now, so we take it. Shocking on to the electrical line since it's closer to zone and that way we can conserve our mats. As some of you can tell, my aim needs a bit of aim training. We make sure to tarp on the right side of zone like the pros do, so that way we get a right hand peak. 60, 90. Running low on ammo and so we know we have to get a refresh soon or lose height. We end up losing height but we can't fight for it because we don't have mats. Luckily, but are now around 200 mats each. Spotting who the solo who happens to not own the headset. Thanks for the free refresh. I follow the IGL and realize he lost his goddamn mind. Me. Tell me why he's dropping into a duo's box. At this point, I don't even know how we are still alive. But I spot a free refreshing storm. You greedy ass that was already on that. Sadly, it was only cyphoned mats, but I'll take it, I guess. Storm pulls down into this valley to force us to drop. I almost greed for that kill, but remember I have self-control. We notice a huge loot pile right outside our box, and but then this greedy ass MF comes through. Have fun in the lobby. Up. Now it's a 2v2. My teammate tells me I have to 1v2, which makes me super nervous. I get full boxed, but luckily Cleebs makes it up the hill and distracts them. I kill one. Use my last few bullets to kill the last securing our first win in div 3.
