Did you know that if you got stopped by the police, for every tyre that's below the legal limit of 1.6 mm, that's a potential three points and a two and a half thousand pound fine?

Digital Tyre Tread Depth Gauge

Why it worked

The video leverages a high-stakes fear (heavy fines and points on a license) to create immediate relevance for a simple, inexpensive tool, making the purchase feel like a necessary safety precaution.

Summary

The creator explains the legal consequences of driving with illegal tyre tread depth and demonstrates how to use a digital tyre tread depth gauge to check for compliance. He encourages viewers to purchase the gauge from the TikTok Shop to ensure their safety.

Structure

1Explain legal risks of low tyre tread
2Introduce digital tyre gauge as solution
3Demonstrate how to zero and use the gauge
4Show measurement result on tyre
5Final CTA to purchase and check tyres weekly

Product placement

(a) Digital Tyre Tread Depth Gauge: It ACTS as the tool used to measure tyre tread depth, providing a visible numerical result on its screen. Removing it would change the video as it is the central demonstration piece. (b) TikTok Shop: It APPEARS as the marketplace platform where the product is sold. Removing it would not change the core demonstration of the gauge.

Call to action

Order one of these today, just put it in your glove box, check your tyres weekly.
