Plain pineapple is just too boring for us 🍍 We used a can of pineapple rings, drained (BUT KEEP THE JUICE, and throw in a little (or a lot) of mailbu rum for a delicious cocktail) then soaked those rings in rum, sprinkled them with brown sugar, then tossed them on the Blackstone until the sugar caramelized and the edges got all golden and sticky. And HOLY. HELL. Sweet. Warm. Caramelized. A little boozy. And ridiculously easy.
