So I spent time with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and I think people are missing the point of this one. First, the build quality is insane. It's so thin. The titanium hinge feels so sturdy, something satisfying snapping it more closed. More importantly, this feels natural. It's like having a flagship when it's closed. And yes, regular flagship, but when you unfold it, that's what makes it special. Samsung didn't just make a big screen a day. They built the software around it, making it as possible. You can have email open, pull up Google to cross something, and have both screens and summarizing everything as you go. All works surprisingly. There's something called Now Nudge, which is a super aware assistant. It can pick up on things in your messages, add plans to your calendar, warn you about schedule conflicts and generally just keep moving even think yourself. And I think exactly that is us who is for. The regular Fold8 is built the better ratios for video consumption. This feels purpose-built for multitasking, productivity, having your entire office in your pocket without three separate devices.
