IF YOU WANNA cut out feature to put a video behind you instead of just a photo background. It's a different process but I'm gonna show you how it works. First you have to record a video. You can do that in TikTok or in your regular camera. I think a lot of people don't know that I work in production. So I shoot commercials and ads for brands in my day job. And here's a bit behind the scenes of me at work. Once you record or upload your video, you tap the check mark. Sometimes it adds music up here so you can tap the X and delete it or you can tap on it and lower the volume. But then you're gonna tap the edit button. And now here is where I'm gonna first I'm gonna edit off the dead space at the beginning. So I'm gonna zoom in on the timeline. I'm gonna move slowly along until I start talking. Here as I'm about to start speaking. I tap on the timeline. I tap split. And I get rid of the dead space at the beginning. Now I have to find the spot that I want to change the background. You can have a change on your whole scene or you can pick a spot where you want it to change. So I'm gonna play this. I think a lot of people don't know that I work in production. Okay, so maybe when I say production, then I'm gonna bring a scene behind me. So I'm gonna tap on the timeline and then split it because this is the section of where I wanna remove the background. I wanna keep my background as it is at the beginning. I wanna remove the background here and show the scenes behind me. So I tap on this one and I need to first put it down as an overlay. So I'm gonna slide over and look for overlay. And that drops it down. Now I have to hit the plus and add the scene that I want playing behind me. Whatever video you want playing behind you add next. When you add the scene, the volume is gonna come with it. So if you don't want it to be loud, you need to tap on volume and lower it a little bit. The music stays. And now I have to tap my scene that I want in the corner. I wanna tap on this and bring it and forward and line it up. You see? So there are a few steps here. You're gonna tap this and line it up. So that it goes from you speaking to the scene behind you and you speaking on top of it. So in order to reveal the scene behind me, which is here, I have to tap and cut out this layer on the lower. I scroll over and I look for cut out. Right here. Then I tap on auto cut. Tap the check. And so that puts the underneath scene behind me. So now I'm covering up. To make myself smaller. I can just tap on it, size it down, move it here. But you don't yourself smaller if your scene is visible behind you. But it does sure your scene is visible behind you. Here is what it looks like. I think a lot of people don't know that I work in production. So I shoot commercials and ads for brands in my day job. And here's a bit behind the scenes of me at work. And now you I'm qualified to teach you to make videos if you want. My profile, the link is in my profile. And I teach live lessons every week. See you there.
