I'm at the outlets in Madrid. And the prices here are insane. Everything's 40 to 50% off. And of course you get the VAT back. It's Las Rozas Village. It's the designer outlets, about 30 minutes outside. If you're thinking about doing some shopping while you're in Spain, I would highly recommend coming to this one. I've been to the Barcelona outlets, it doesn't really compare. A lot more inventory here and a lot better prices.
