What would you add?? Kids get sick. It’s like kind of their thing. After 3 kids I’ve learned that a little prep goes a looooong way - especially when a stomach bug hits your house. 😬 Here’s what I keep in our stomach bug kit that has saved us so many times in the middle of the night and helped stop a bug from spreading to the whole family! (Whyyyy do they always get sick in the middle of the night?!) •Shower curtain liners (perfect for the splash zone and way more effective than a couple towels. Plus they’re cheap enough to toss if used!) •Disposable gloves & paper towels •A cleaner that actually kills norovirus (stomach bug). Most household cleaners don’t so make sure to read the label or google your product) •Extra sheets and washcloths •Mini trash bags (great for lining your chose puke bin and tossing all the clean up) •Glow sticks to put inside the lined trash can to give kids nicely lit air strip for their vomit flight 🫣 •Pedialyte on hand for after the vomiting has stopped. (I am by no means a medical professional but I’ve gotten our bugs down to a quick 12 hours by not letting my kids eat or drink until they’ve been puke-free for hours. I know it sounds like a lot but it truly is the quickest way to kick the bug. They can swish with water and take literally a medicine-cup sized drink once an hour but nothing tells the tummy to keep getting sick like eating or drinking too soon. Okay lecture over!)
