Okay y'all so I posted the video because now I know Owala's weren't supposed to do that because I've had hydro jug and Stanley's and they've never sweated like that so I was like, what the heck man. I like the straw concept of it that's why I wanted to get it. And then I literally returned yesterday after a few comments. I didn't think I was gonna get this many comments. Like a few comments saying that their Owala never done that. So I went to Target and I messaged Owala on their chat and a team member told me to go return it to Target and see if they let me return it and if they do then I'll just get a new one but if they didn't then I could file a claim for their warranty and they would fix it or whatever. So I did go to Target and they returned it with no questions asked. They didn't ask me no questions or nothing. So I got a new one. That's from yesterday. So it works perfectly. I love it. And I love it. And thank you all for telling me to return it and that it was effective and all the other comments because I honestly probably would have just left it and not give it another chance. So thank you all.
