Let's make banana pudding ice cream tacos. You're not gonna believe how easy these are to make. For the taco holder, I'm layering two sheets of foil, fold in half and in half again, and in half again. Fold backward and forward, kind of like you're making a fan. And do the same for the other half. It should look something like this. Melt some white chocolate, optionally with some drops of banana cream oil, in the microwave until melted. I'm optionally adding in some yellow dye just for fun. Crush some vanilla wafers. I'm using Joy's waffle cones. Add a strainer over steaming water. Put in our waffle cone, place on any lid you can make fit. Steam just until the waffle starts to unroll itself. Once completely unrolled, spread your banana or white chocolate on the outside and dunk that straight into your crushed vanilla wafers until completely coated. And add this straight into your taco holder. Let these cool until they're crisp and hold shape. I'm brushing the inside with more melted chocolate to protect the shell from sogging if you have to store these. Once the chocolate hardens, I'm stuffing these with banana pudding ice cream. Load these up, smooth out the top. Freeze them immediately after stuffing. Top with banana slices, crushed vanilla wafer pieces, and finish with a drizzle of condensed milk.
