spooky season is almost here 👻🍪 S’mores cookies recipe below! ~ Full ingredients • 1/2 cup (113g) salted butter, melted • 1/3 cup (67g) granulated sugar • 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar • 1 tbsp (15g) vanilla essence • 1/2 tsp espresso powder cookies • 11/4 (156g) cups all purpose flour • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1 egg, room temp • 1 cup (170g) semi sweet chocolate chips • 1/2 cup (85g) chocolate rectangles (I used hershey’s) • 4-6 large marshmallows • 4-6 square of graham crackers * Directions First, melt the butter and whisk in both sugars. Then, beat in the egg, vanilla bean paste, and espresso powder. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips. On a baking sheet, place a graham cracker square, top with a chocolate rectangle, then a marshmallow, and finally, spoon the cookie dough over to cover. *Bake at 350F for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are golden and center is gooey! #fyp #viral #cookies #spooky #trending
