The job market is hard and different from when I was interviewing, but at the end of the day you are interviewing the company just as much as they’re interviewing you. So you need to know what you want, know what you don’t want, know what you’re willing to compromise on, and what you are not. Risky advice but for me, every time I thought that something was my only option, something better end up coming around the corner. You’re allowed to have standards, ask questions and walk away!
